Commitment to Reducing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions
At Viscose, we are committed to playing our part in addressing climate change and advancing environmental sustainability. As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce our environmental footprint, we are proud to announce our formal target to reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 21% by 2027, using 2022 as our base year.
This commitment reflects our dedication to continuous improvement in energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, and sustainable operational practices. We recognise the importance of transparent action and measurable progress toward global climate goals, and we will continue to monitor, report, and refine our approach to ensure we meet our targets responsibly and effectively.
