Our role, in the delicate journey of bottling, packaging and transporting the gas to its final destination, is ensuring the contents remain in the vessel and can’t escape or be released until they are scheduled to do so.
We work with some of the most recognised global brands; manufacturing and supplying specific seals for pressurised and flammable gas canisters, chemical canisters, chemical vats and sensor covers. Whether these are from our vast range of high-end seals or bespoke products designed to suit specific requirements, we offer a dedicated Account Manager for every customer to support each project from the design stage through to testing and line trials.
Gas canisters can be incredibly volatile, especially if they contain highly pressurised or flammable gas. Our unique cellulose cut bands – including viskrings and celons – are one of our most popular options for tamper evidence in the gas sector as they can be easily hand applied, crucially, without the need for heat.
In keeping with our sustainable ethos and that of the environmentally conscious brands we work with, these tamper evident bands are biodegradable, home compostable and plastic free. We create them here in the UK from wood pulp taken from renewable sources that is pressed into tubing and then cut into bands.
Customers can choose the colour of the final product, or it can be branded for a completely personal and professional look. Not sure about viskrings? We also offer film cut and pre-formed bands and film tubing for use on canisters.
