It’s been another busy few months at Viscose! From maintaining our AA Grade BRCGS certification to joining the BCMPA as an Associate Member, and celebrating team milestones, there’s been plenty happening across the business. Read on to catch up on everything we’ve been up to.
Maintaining Our AA Grade BRCGS Certification
We’re really pleased to have maintained our AA Grade BRCGS certification once again. Achieving and maintaining this certification reflects the hard work, professionalism and dedication of our team. Our certified scope covers the manufacture of heat-shrink sleeves for non-direct contact consumer product applications, alongside the trading of metal and plastic closures, bar tops and bottle corks.
Maintaining our AA Grade BRCGS certification reinforces our commitment to quality, product safety and continuous improvement, giving our customers confidence that we’re consistently meeting some of the industry’s highest standards. A huge thank you to the team for their hard work, commitment and attention to detail. Achievements like this are only possible because of the collective effort, expertise and pride our team brings to everything they do.
Viscose Joins the BCMPA
We’ve recently become an Associate Member of the British Contract Manufacturers and Packers Association (BCMPA), the UK’s leading trade association for contract manufacturing, packing, fulfilment and logistics. Joining the BCMPA reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting contract manufacturers, packers and brand owners with innovative, high-quality packaging solutions. We’re looking forward to building new industry relationships, sharing our expertise and helping businesses solve packaging challenges with practical, effective solutions. Our decorative shrink sleeves offer a flexible way to create eye-catching packaging, helping brands achieve strong shelf appeal while enabling manufacturers and packers to streamline production and reduce complexity. We’re excited about the opportunities this membership will bring and look forward to working with more businesses across the industry.
Supporting the Swansea Bay Business Awards

Plastic-Free Shrink Sleeves on Show in Australia
Our Australian distributor, Tamper Evident Pty Ltd, recently exhibited at the Australian Distillers Conference in Adelaide, where they showcased our plastic-free shrink sleeve solutions to distilleries and industry professionals from across the country. The event was a great opportunity to discuss the growing demand for sustainable packaging within the spirits sector and demonstrate how plastic-free tamper-evident sleeves can help brands reduce plastic use without compromising product security or presentation.

Celebrating 10 Years with Viscose

Congratulations to the Mailway team
We’d like to congratulate Harry Bramma and Zilvinas Sungaila from Mailway on completing the IRONMAN 70.3 Bolton challenge in June. Harry and Zilvinas crossed the finish line together in an impressive 6 hours and 45 minutes, raising £1,484 for Sarah’s Pink Events, a charity supporting breast cancer patients. As a proud supplier partner to Mailway, Viscose was delighted to support their fundraising effort, and we congratulate them both on this fantastic achievement.

London Packaging Week
We’ll be exhibiting at the Food & Consumer Pack show, part of London Packaging Week, on 16–17 September 2026 at ExCeL London. With more than 5,000 visitors expected to attend, it’s set to be a busy couple of days.
